ALMASI (Aligning and Mutualizing Nonprofit Open Access Publishing Services Internationally) is inviting policymakers and funders from Africa, Europe, and Latin America to join the 1st Forum on Diamond open access. 

The new ALMASI Diamond OA Policy Forum brings together international, national and local policymakers and funders in the three regions that the ALMASI project addresses: Africa, Europe and Latin America. The aim of the Forum is to discuss nonprofit scholarly publishing policy and funding needs, progress and challenges.

The EIFL General Assembly (GA) 2025 took place in Yerevan, Armenia, from 30 September - 2 October 2025, bringing together delegates from our network of library consortia in 30 countries, representatives of our partners in the publishing industry, invited speakers and members of the EIFL management board and staff team.
