საქართველოს საბიბლიოთეკო ასოციაციის მიერ ორგანიზებული პროექტის "წიგნი ყველა სოფლის ბიბლიოთეკას" ფარგლებში, საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის საჩუქარი 500 ლარიანი ვაუჩერის სახით, ოზურგეთის რაიონის სოფ. ლიხაურის ბიბლიოთეკას გადაეცა.
